Let me introduce myself
I have a deep belief that effective leaders can be powerful mentors who can develop people beyond their own expectations.
As a leader and transformation professional with over 25 years corporate experience, I am priveleged to be mentoring a number of professionals to help them do what they were meant to do (and more!).
My career has spanned across Finance, IT, FMCG and Media; including time in Barclays Bank, IBM, Woolworths and Bauer Media.
I have led multi million dollar transformations and managed hundreds of employees. My qualifications cover change management, business management, company directorship, mentoring and HR.

As a transformation leader, specialising in organisational design, restructuring, change, career transition and coaching, I can provide you with a practical kitbag of tools and techniques.
I believe that through one on one mentoring and/or coaching you will reach your full potential which will reap dividends for many years to come.

On a personal note:
I have 3 adult children who are great people and who make me a whole person. My husband of 33 years has been an enormous career supporter and I love him dearly.
